No Contract Tie-ins
If you're not happy with the service for any reason just tell us, we will do our best to provide you with a great service but at the end of the day you are free to change provider at any time.
No Monthly Retainer
You only pay for the time that you use, we provide access to our helpdesk where you can view any chargeable time as well as non-chargeable time.
Monthly In Arrears
We invoice at the end of each month, with time broken down in to tickets and onsite and remote support time.
We charge for our onsite time as a minimum of 1 hour then 15 minute increments or for remote support we charge in 15 minute increments.
